Let’s Meet

We would love to introduce Veneration as the right partner for you. Keeping your busy schedule in mind, we will make ourselves available at your convenience to tell you more about who we are, and how we operate. If we have not met before, we will ask some basic questions about your background and the business.

Information Exchange

We will request some basic information about the business to help us get a better understanding of the operation, and gauge interest in moving forward. For example, we will most likely request basic financial statements for the past three years, a summary of business volume, and a summary of owned assets (cemeteries, funeral homes, crematories, fleet vehicle etc.) We are happy to sign confidentiality agreements to give you the confidence, and peace of mind that your information will be safe with us.


Expression of Interest / Letter of Intent

Once we create a mutually acceptable outline of basic transaction terms,
Veneration will submit a detailed non-binding Letter of Intent.

Due Diligence / Business Verification

If after reviewing the above information Veneration deems the opportunity to be a good fit, we will further our investigation of the business with
a formal due diligence process. Since we understand the subtleties and sensitivities
surrounding a potential sale of the business as it relates to community relationships, employees, and customers, we will be discrete as to not create unnecessary pressures for the owner.

Upon finalizing due diligence, and negotiating the final agreement, we will aim to close as swiftly as possible. Now that we are partners, we will work together to preserve and enhance your legacy in the community.
